The International Council of Beverages Associations (“ICBA”) drives the strategic agenda among global beverage association members and is the voice for the beverage industry before global policy-setting forums such as the United Nations and its related agencies.
The members of ICBA include national and regional beverage associations as well as international beverage companies that operate in more than 200 countries and territories and produce, distribute, and sell a variety of non-alcoholic sparkling and still beverages, including soft drinks, sports drinks, energy drinks, bottled waters, flavored and/or enhanced waters, ready-to-drink teas and coffees, 100 percent fruit or vegetable juices, nectars and juice drinks, and dairy-based beverages.
In order to enhance its presence in key geographical areas, ICBA also has two robust regional groups: the ICBA Asia Pacific Group (ICBA APAC) and the ICBA Latin American Group (ICBA LATAM). ICBA has been a recognized and well-respected observer at the Codex Alimentarius (“Codex”) for 20 years.
